Based upon weather conditions this week, our collection schedule has been revised, and the tentative collection schedule being, customers scheduled for service Wednesday through Friday are planned to have service provided this week. Customers with scheduled service of Monday or Tuesday, service will be provided on your next scheduled service day, where we will collect all of your garbage.
The safety of our team, our customers and the general public were paramount in this decision. We will catch up all of our customers as weather allows.

To Our Valued Customer:
We are excited to announce that on October 1st, 2023, Live Oak Environmental purchased Public Waste Services. The Live Oak Environmental Team understands that change can create many questions and we would like to take this opportunity to answer some of those questions most important to you, as well as thank you for allowing us to continue to provide your solid waste service.
Your November Invoice from Live Oak Environmental has been mailed, along with our most Frequently Asked Questions and Auto Payment set up instructions. We know that many of you enjoy the convenience of Autopay, and Live Oak Environmental offers this same convenience. Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer your autopay information in a secure manner, and therefore we are asking you to enroll with Live Oak Environmental to start or continue automatically paying your trash invoice.
The Public Waste Services routes have not changed, and your service day will continue to be the same. In addition, it is very likely that you will have the same driver and friendly face that you have come accustomed to seeing.
Below are answers to the some of the most Frequently Asked Questions.

When will I receive my first invoice from Live Oak Environmental?
Live Oak Environmental will send out this invoice on or around November 1st. -
Do I need to set up an account with Live Oak Environmental?
No, you do not need to set up a new account. All existing Public Waste Services customers have an active account at Live Oak Environmental. -
Why was Auto-Pay not set up automatically?
Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain your credit / debit card or banking information in a secure manner. -
Can I enroll in Autopay via the telephone?
You absolutely can by calling (903) 839-1800. We have added, and are adding, additional Team Members to support our customers. These calls do take more time than normal, which can lead to longer wait times. For your convenience, we encourage you to use the web set up for Autopay.
