Signing up for Residential Trash service is easy as 1-2-3. 

 

1.  Just call our office at 936-291-9300 or 903-839-1800

2. Once you are signed up and your  payment method has been provided, your account                 will be activated and the PWS trash can will be delivered.
*Public Waste Services provides the waste container at no cost to our customers. However - If the can is lost, stolen or damaged, you will be charged a $100.00 replacement fee*

3.   Your service will begin on the next scheduled route day.

 

In order to provide the best service possible, Public Waste Services, Inc. requests you comply with the following:

 

  • Your Route Day Will Be One Of The Following:   _______M/T/W/TH__________

 

**When the trash can is delivered, we place it in the location where you will need to set the trash can out for service.   Make sure the lid opens to the road.  To ensure we do not pass you by, please set the trash can out NO LATER THAN 6:00 am. on your route day. 

 

  • Household Trash Only

 

  • Contents of the Can Only  - Lid MUST be closed

 

  • No Construction or Yard Waste.
